Terms of service
Terms of service
In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “Trudenty”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Trudenty Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14520204, with its registered office at Level 18, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR, United Kingdom.
These Terms govern your use of the Trudenty website at https://trudenty.com (the “Website”). Use of the Trudenty product, platform, or APIs is governed by a separate written agreement between Trudenty and the customer (the “Customer Agreement”), which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
These terms were last updated 06 May 2026.
We review these Terms at least annually and may amend them at any other time as required. When we do, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
Limitations of Use
By using the Website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and any other parties you represent that you will not:
modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials or software made available through the Website;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any materials on the Website;
transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;
knowingly or negligently use the Website or any associated services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service Trudenty provides;
use the Website or its associated services to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
use the Website or its associated services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
use the Website in connection with sending unauthorised advertising or spam;
harvest, collect, or gather user data without the user’s consent; or
use the Website or its associated services in any way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property in the materials contained in the Website is owned by or licensed to Trudenty and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial, transitory use only.
This constitutes the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title. This licence will automatically terminate if you breach any of these restrictions or these Terms, and may be terminated by Trudenty at any time.
Liability
The Website and the materials on the Website are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Trudenty makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
In no event shall Trudenty or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or the materials on the Website, even if Trudenty or an authorised representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
In these Terms, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use, and loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on the Website are not comprehensive and are provided for general information purposes only. Trudenty does not warrant or make any representation concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Website, or otherwise relating to such materials or to any resources linked to the Website.
Personal Information
How Trudenty collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Website is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where personal information is processed in connection with the Trudenty product or platform, the relevant data processing terms are set out in the Customer Agreement and any applicable data processing addendum.
Confidentiality of Non-Public Materials
Some areas of the Website may make available materials that are not intended for public distribution, including documentation, technical specifications, or other materials made available to authenticated users. Where you receive access to such materials, you agree to keep them confidential, to use them only for the purpose for which access was granted, and not to disclose them to any third party without our prior written consent. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available other than through your breach of these Terms.
Links
Trudenty has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by Trudenty of the linked site. Use of any linked site is at your own risk, and we strongly advise you to make your own enquiries as to the suitability of those sites.
Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Website, and terminate these Terms, immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms.
Severance
Any term of these Terms which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms is not affected.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
